Captivated, committed and compassionate only partially describes the posture that God takes when you and I begin to create time and space to speak with Him. We can have an audience with the one who created the heavens and the Earth. Yes, this truth is still hard to fathom, but the reality is, not only does He allow it; He longs for it. Our God wants to hear our voice. It doesn’t matter that multiple days, months, or even years have passed since we last spoke with Him. What matters is that we take full advantage of this next opportunity.
Despite this truth, sometimes there are moments when we are void of words; moments where our thoughts and our words can’t seem to align long enough for us to voice the issues of the day.
